**Here's to my fellow Nostr builders:**

Building a community is not only a rewarding experience, but also an essential part of being human. We are wired to connect and belong. When we find a group of people with similar values and interests, we feel a sense of purpose and belonging.

There is a substantial amount of **Proof of Work** involved in community building. It won't happen overnight, but we will be successful and we will win. Every time we build a new application, a new client, fix a bug, or create an engaging post, it's a step in the right direction to build a strong community and attract new members.

As we build, we solve problems. Every problem we solve helps to provide a unique experience for users across the protocol. This allows us to create something truly special for everyone.

Every step you take, every member you attract, is a step in the right direction. Every person you help connect, and every problem you help solve, is a step closer to creating something truly special.

So, be patient, be persistent, and most importantly, be passionate. Believe in the *Value for Value and *Proof of Work*, and the community will come. And when it does, it will be worth every sat.

the increasing influence of statists within bitcoin will probably become a problem at some point, fortunately bitcoin is incredibly difficult to change

I chose to run Umbrel as I wanted to also see if it can run a lightning node as well, that and the interface looks pretty simple to use

bear market memes are more fun. i had more fun the past 6 months than all of 2020 and 2021. stackchain was the best bear market thing i've ever seen.

I keep reading bitcoiners talking about "hyperbitcoinization" to measure success or failure.

#Bitcoin is censorship-resistant and a way of avoid inflation created by autocratic governments, half of the world's population is under this situation, now we have options, Bitcoin IS already successful.

I don't think so. Most of us here don't care about the price. That said, those here will also celebrate when certain milestones do hit. It's just human nature.
