Is there some way to accept #bitcoin as payment and recieve fiat and viceversa without touching a Centralized Exchange? Some wallet or some platform avialable in Europe?

Figma --> Penpot
Shopify --> WooCommerce
Windows/Mac --> Linux
Twitter X --> Nostr
A veces esto es poco viable ya que muchas veces tenemos que usar muchas de estas herramientas cerradas para trabajar. Es molesto estar dando dinero a estas empresas big tech, asi que tenemos que hacer un esfuerzo para movernos en esa dirección poco a poco.

How do you guys do when you are living or trying to live in the most bitcoin standard way posible, but you need to pay services that dont accept bitcoin as paymen?
