Put out videos of playing instruments , exercising sports (eg.self defense) etc. whatever you’re good at but no verbal communication, background music could be a better option.
You have good platforms as resources to extend your circle.

Discipline, efficiency, accomplishment, achievement… all sound more like goals of project after project which fully fill your daily life, and you are really quite good at it. But one thing might be missing from my understanding- Happiness (I can be wrong big time since we may have different definitions of happiness).
