If there are between 500-1000 blocks: every 50 blocks.

Every 25 blocks from 250, every 10 from 100, every block if there are <25 blocks to go.

Sorry this is now fixed. I did a modulo check (to_go % 100) but did not do ==0 😅

This is the logic which limits spam. If there are >100k block to go, there is only a note every 10k blocks.

If there is between 500 and 1000 blocks to go: every 50 blocks.

From 25 blocks it's every block!
