House warming party this evening hosted a client who built their personal architecture. It was a two-year team effort by an amazing couple, with her dad as the contractor, old-school tradespeople, and our design team. The house is the definition of asset architecture built to last and pretty enough not to be thrown away, a HODL HOUSE
