Rule of law and a constitutional order are the cornerstones of a free, thriving, prosperous nation. I think they're actually more crucial than a "democracy," as there are plenty of "democratic" countries that are unfree, stagnant, and in an economic decline.

With diminishing birth rates, skyrocketing personnel costs, and outdated bureaucracy stuck in the 20th century, traditional schooling and school districts are now economically unsustainable and innovations that foster individualized learning are much needed.
