@afshineemrani @WClementeIII You guys figure out your monetary policy yet? What guarantee do you have that it won't change again next year?

@corndalorian I loved Cyanogenmod back in the day. I am strongly considering CalyxOS or GrapheneOS after hearing about them on Rabbit Hole Recap with @MartyBent and @ODELL this week.

@danheld #Bitcoin white paper: Oct. 31, 2008.

Luther's 95 theses: Oct. 31, 1517.

One was the beginning of the end for centralized authority via Church monopoly. The other was the beginning of the end for centralized authority via monetary monopoly.

@kira74946059 @stephanlivera @FriarHass Except, the liquidity is asymmetric. Those who dump their coins into the market will have a portion of them picked up by those who DCA and have no intention of offloading them any time soon, thus reducing the liquid supply while more adopters continue to come into the market.

@econoalchemist @FriarHass @maxtannahill @stephanlivera Correction: Bitcoin doesn't thrive in a hyper-KYC'd world. Unfortunately, that's the world we currently have to live in, and the vast majority don't care enough to jump through the hoops to avoid KYC because they are so used to KYC in everything else in their life.

@kira74946059 @stephanlivera @FriarHass You can pretty easily stomach a 60% drop if your money is still up 350% from last year.

@stephanlivera @FriarHass @_pretyflaco @maxtannahill Yes, Libertarians are quite supportive of cooperation that develops organically, such as due to having a money with proper incentive structures, like #Bitcoin. They are only against cooperation that is coerced by any authority.
