This is because Japan does have Western streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music.
However, the playlists by genre and playlists by decade that they provide seem to be made for Japanese people.
The content is slightly different from the playlists by genre and playlists by decade provided by TIDAL and iHeartRadio, which do not provide services in Japan.
When I listened to SiriusXM on a 24-hour trial, I felt it was different from what I heard in Japan. That's why there's value in wanting to listen to it.
