I'd recommend doing two things to celebrate:
- document the block height on the time chain at the time of birth
- smash buy some bitcoin for their future
Selling vs stacking with rent isn't always comparable.
Depends on how much equity you have in the property. If you have multiple coins in the property, you have to think you'll never generate that much Bitcoin by converting rent checks into it.
I'd like a whole coin today over buying $200 worth a month for the next 10 years while dealing with tenants, repairs, taxes, etc.
Conformity and influence of the media is a powerful drug.

Alright Nostrovia, I need your help!
Time to tackle that “other stuff” category and do some good with our zaps addiction. My favorite non-profit, Infant Crisis Services, is hosting one of their annual fundraisers tonight. They provide food, formula and diapers for infants to toddlers 4 times a year thru age 3.
Many clients only use this service once, some as many as they are aloud, but everyone of them is in a dire situation to provide the base necessities for their babies.
Infant Crisis provides these services regardless of income/marital status/employment status/etc and gets no donations from United Way or state/federal funding to allow them to serve everyone.
So my ask is this: I’ve cleared my #[0] attached to this account leaving 100k Sats as the first donation (pictured below).
Every single Sat donated to this post or that hits my wallet tonight, will go to feeding and diapering the most vulnerable beings in our society.
I’m going to match up to 500k total (an addtl 400k). Can we get to 1 million Sats #4theBabies ?

Seeing 21/21 relays online just feels good.
Imagine making 6 figures a shift.
I have less followers on here than I do Twitter. I follow less people on here than I do Twitter.
Yet, I have much higher engagement than Twitter and it's much higher quality.
I don't think my experience is unique and I think new people on nostr quickly experiencing this with a smaller initial following and following fewer accounts will be what eats into Twitters network effect.
One day, sooner than you think, the world's monetary network (#bitcoin) will be run via people's cell phones in a simple, bitcoin node app.
