It’s hard to keep up with my regimen at camp. But don’t worry. Theres lots of hard labor to do every day!
I had 2 old plastic shelves I Loath using for tools.
So I repurposed them.
I cut the length of the legs in half and combined them to one with shorter shelves.
Wrapped it up with plastic and created the perfect environment for ‘eyeing’ potatoes.
Worked perfect.
Just finished the second layer of potatoes into my boxes.
I hope to get a couple hundred pounds of potatoes this year.
