I did actually. I'm not a big fan of the 2D mech games I've played even though I tend to love that kind of stuff.

Sprinted through Armored Core 1 with save states. Game is definitely a trial and error test in patience mostly because the weapons aren't balanced, it's pretty easy to run out of ammo, and you don't know what you're up against until you see it. It's an awesome game though. There are so many more in the series I want to try so I might drop it even though I haven't gone back to try out the other missions or most of the weapons. Maybe I'll look up some OP builds tomorrow and go try them out at least.

Fire Flower Mario is pretty cool but have you seen Colostomy Bag Mario?

I'm amazed at how well Armored Core holds up today. The only issue is the controls and you can just remap on emulator. I moved around the aiming buttons so now it uses standard modern camera/movement controls. Definitely going to have to do the same with the PS2 games because they had the same bad control scheme.

Even that just seems like such a sad cope but if it works then it works.
