Squire farms in Wyoming makes epic stuff 👊👌

We’re all one big O’hana here fellow Mike 🫂😎

If you have Netflix I have a mutual friend from training (James Wilkes) who shows how veggie and meat free helped him recover from injuries quickly but then not sure what happened after. I always love testing new diets and pushing my body in any way to see what is healthier than the other

Yeah absolutely. It’s not me giving you an opinion. Let me drum up some resources now for ya.

I dig the convo don’t trip, it’s good to go over it more. Look into industrialization of farming and how seed oils came out and it will

Explain a bit too. Legit was going to be used as lubricants during war times and with such excess of corn they figured out how to process it and make it “consumable”…bastards lol

I eat primarily carnivore and paleo (fruit not much plants) but I’m not sure what you’re asking? Seed oils have no nutrients and are processed at such high temps they are left toxic and inflame the body… what else?

Your skipping the whole part of how there is no nutrients left in any of these seed oils your talking about bc of the high heat that they process them at

Deriving energy from wheat and rice has nothing to do with genetics but more how the body processes complex and uncomplex carbs. Genetics are how it would negatively effect the body, but carbs creating energy (this example) shouldn’t be contingent on genetics (unless gluten intolerant on a diseased level)

No all good questions. Watch the process. It’s much different than whisky, as it’s not just ran thru it. The seeds and oil it creates looks legitimately like engine lubricant during the process, then they refine it to make it look 👀 appealing and shelf stable to keep fat as fuck and unhealthy

Cold pressed is okay but should only use olive oil (not heated) and avocado oil (if you heat), butter, ghee and tallow

They are processed at such high heat it changes the molecular complexion of the oils and makes them incredibly toxic and results in high inflammation in us and takes years to leach out of the system.

Because it is pressed from plants (vegetable oil or corn oil/canola) at such a high heat that it is incredibly toxic. It almost makes an industrial level lubricant. Sadly, we then decided was edible is not cooked too high when we had a surplus of corn/when they industrialized farming after the war 🤷‍♂️👊👌

Nomad life been good so far again. Amazing what you don’t need daily to get by 🤷‍♂️
