Exactly my thoughts - caught me completely by surprise when an i3 couldn’t boot a Linux distro and it came down to a security kernel not implemented in that specific model i3. These specs just keep getting wilder lol.
I thought about going that route, if this next one is a bust I’ll prob end up giving that a shot.
A Bmax i3 model that didn’t support the required kernel specs. I’m gonna try a model that supposedly does, but results have been mixed from what I read so 🤞
