If letter not fake the involved parties should answer some questions as it claims to happened at your property at the time. The police responded to the call as well, probably someone realised that the identity used was fake. The buildings these days have walls as tinfoil, noise comes from everywhere, heck recently visited a place where plumbing really needs attention as the pressure on upper floors was going ballistic loud when triggered by anything using water by anyone in the building. Identity mixed up is a concern though, I would def check whats up if I were you.

Yes, i think its bad if cops get wrong person. In this case it dont matter really, when crime is so small and punishment is small ticket, but if it can happen now, it could happen later to someone else and more badly.

So its good if prosecutor is looking into it and figuring out where that mistake happend.

I got touch with prosecutor. She did not know why i was under investigation since polices did not visited my house and they only had house address but not appartment 🤷‍♂️ Prosecutor promised look more into it and call me back later.

Btw. Persons name who called cops is Karen 😂

I think this is about my old neighbour at my apartment i had while working as postman. He play music almost 24/7 and its loud. They drink and party all the time and if he have stole my letter he might be able to stole my identity.

Theres on problem with my tought. For my knowlege the person who have called cops that night etc nitched 😂, dont live in that building. Never heard her name before 🤷‍♂️

Now trying to get touch with procecutor to get more info.

I got letter from prosecutor. Its about criminal case where i am main suspect. They cancel investigation. But........

I did not do that crime. It says that i have been causing alot loud noices in my appartment at night and that i did not stop making noices after police visited. Problem is that i was not home when crime happend 🤷‍♂️ I was with my wife, at her apartment. I know that for sure becouse that day i was with her in hospital and for sure i did not left her alone later that night.

Im confused.. Was someone in my house without my knowlege 🤔 Or wtf...

Today Bitcoin price in trash terms is up to 34 000$, but yesterday was the day for me. Wife was asking things about bitcoin 🧡

She will not join us yet but i was kidding if i sell all my bitcoin and she told NO! 😂
