Apparently France's troops are still within the country too along with Wagner PMCs.

The US still has 1100 some troops in Niger that haven't left iirc.

The junta in Niger announces that the intervention plans have been finalized by ECOWAS, and that the pre-deployment of their troops has commenced by two nations in West Africa.

If I had to guess, France is going to lead the operations to get rid of Niger's current junta; but I wouldn't be surprised if other western countries get involved too.
