When I joined substack it was focused on writing and podcasting but now they included lot of unnecessary features and support is not existent I've written to support about issues with my account and for about 6 months I never got any reply.
I'm in a strip unsupported country which means I can't make a dime from my writing.
I switched to medium few months ago but I still hated it because it was writers writing about making money from writing.
