Had to make a tuff call today. Fiat for the short term or Bitcoin for a better collective tomorrow.
I’m a wannabe scrimp trying hard to stack and make good use of my sats. I’m still earning in fiat and divert more than I should into btc. I’ve started spending sats because it expands and reinforces the network effect.
Today I had to choose between keeping the fiat debt machine at bay by selling some sats or holding true to all I believe is possible through bitcoin as a global sovereign money, a sound store of value and the ultimate unit of account.
I’ve gone with the latter. Bitcoin is true at every layer. It’s hard money which requires us to make hard choices during difficult times. I’m in! Get based and stay staunch.

Investing in any emerging technology that obsoletes previously used tech ends up profitable. Think cars vs the horse and buggy, or Internet retailers vs brick and mortar. The bigger the business the new tech displaces, the more value can be captured in the transition.
