I appreciate it may not the convention (but who cares), but could we possibly have the ‘speech bubble’ tail at the top rather the bottom corner of the ‘chat’ entries - so that the user icon stays at the top of each reply in the timeline ?
Having the user/author icon shift to the bottom feels inconsistent and counterintuitive enough to be unnecessarily disorienting

The life drawings have a nice quality, you’re catching a real feel of the whole body balanced and stretching into those positions, enough to give a direct sense of them in motion… which is difficult, and you seem to do quite naturally…
