When will Bitcoin replace seed to sale in the cannabis industry?

Or going a bit deeper, I’m wondering if there’s a way to treat a jpeg image as almost an ETF but of usage. Say a company or multiple want usage rights to the same image, could an image be treated as a hypothetical “stock” based upon the amount of “buy in” to that image being able to be borrowed against or used as leverage. Can an image be turned into a bank account? Or even a “synthetic asset”?

It would be cool to be able to buy tickets to concerts using Nostr. Instead of printing out paper tickets with barcodes would be interesting to incorporate Ordinal structure with the idea of mass issuance under one sat identifier. Almost being able to fractionalize a single satoshi
