Been using unscented tallow soap for about a year now. Aside from being fine quality soaps, they helped me notice how repugnant unnatural fragrances are. I find I now detest the smell of standard dish soap and detergent, among other fiat smells.

Been using for a month or so now. I have a red pair and yellow. Red lens at night has definitely improved how quickly I fall asleep. And I definitely notice less strain on my eyes as a result of wearing either pair. They’re worth a shot in my opinion.
