I had the same experience as a vegan for 8yrs. I was incredibly tired and if injured it'd take forever to recover. I always got sick and was gaining weight despite being quite active. Switching to keto/carnivore I saw immediate results. Skin was glowing and hair were healthier.

And now I had energy again the whole day. It's unfortunate another life has to die, but now I think I'm even more grateful for the food than before and am thankful that the animal could nourish me.

I now believe that the guilt tripping and claim that a plant diet is "healthier" or will "save" the planet is complete bullshit and is propaganda for those looking to control us even further. Who are less of a problem to worry about? A population that's strong and healthy? Or one that's malnourished and weak?

It's sad the climate cultists will one day think they're morally superior because they're eating bugs.
