I got to see them deploy. Whole chain of them lit the sky in a row. At first I thought it was a plane then once it got closer I could easily see it was a satellite cluster flying past. Dropping by but we're not going to get technical.

I believe it's compressed CO2 or oxygen they use for fuel. Used for positioning and flight longevity. It's a trade off a sat that moves around a lot and falls or use the fuel for minimal movement but keep it afloat.
