Ive worked in the water municipality industry. Its not just this chemical. All industry gets to dump all their toxic waste into the usa sewer systems. Often they illegally dump to get past permits. Cutting the power of the EPA? NOT a good thing - it means less money and boots on the ground to keep industries under their permits.
