Anyone use resistance bands for strength training? Been using them since the beginning of covid (June' 20) and I like that they're cheap, travel easy, take up no room, no spotter or gym membership needed, workouts are quick, and I have no fear of doing squats or dead lifts with my bad back.

Wise choice. Finna go camping for a month. We trailer a ‘63 Yellowstone halfway across the country, or somewhere cool every August.

Feel like peak #clownworld is still a ways off, but I think we're at peak centralization, and as we become more #decentralized it will pull the curtain back and more 🤡 will be exposed. 🍿
