it was just really great timing, the location scares ppl away tbh, but it’s not even bad, i’ve lived in worse areas for more money.
its extremely big too, with a humongous private rooftop included. i’m paying 4x less than my last place that had less space. the brothers who own the building restored it completely and kept all the 1920s details.
