There should be a Nostr integrated search engine, like nostr:npub1v5ufyh4lkeslgxxcclg8f0hzazhaw7rsrhvfquxzm2fk64c72hps45n0v5 but for search. Where you can share directly to your Nostr feed, and any domain can sign up and integrate a lighting wallet.

You could have the option to pay a set amount of sats when you click a link, and to pay when you share the link.

Maybe domains that are integrated could hide ads for users of the search engine.
