A great shame that even on the Fediverse people are spreading false news and stories especially about Islam and Muslims.
All it shows even the poison of the modern world pollutes the Fediverse.
Personally these people do us all a disservice and highlight just how ignorant they are!!!
This really says it all for modern UK as our neighbour fell down on the street this morning, someone just walked passed her and they did not even help her.
Sort of says it all about our modern world and how far it has fallen.
Personally I am disgusted with it!!!
Last of the Christmas shopping done so now we can relax and start to enjoy ourselves.
Only thing is I am now very sleepy all to do with Chemo I am going through. It takes very little to tire me out again the moment.

A day of fluctuating moods as I am going from be content to wanting to cry fron no reason.
I know where it is coming from my anxiety and Christmas which is still little stressful due to lack of money this year.

In the end I am glad that I walked away from likes of Facebook as if I do get wound up with some posts on the Fediverse, it now soon passes.

Sometimes it is so difficult not to be drawn into politics on Social Networks but then I remember if I do I will allowing myself to be manipulated again.
It now easier just to be spectator to the what if crowd as it better for mental health in the end.🙂
I always hate crash days when all I can do is sleep. Not helped by the fact I am still waiting the results of my MRI scan.
It's really difficult to motivate myself as always the back of your mind says "Why bother!".
