I think most people who know me especially on social networks will quickly figure out I type there when I have thought or something comes to me.
But I have to do this else the thought is lost in the myriads of thoughts which constantly bonce around my head. 🙂
My mental health must be improving and rather than not eating because I am feeling sorry for myself, I am cooking a proper meal tonight.
Those put there who suffer from depression and anxiety will know what I amvtalking about, it is a little win.

I would as since I have left them my mental health has improved by leaps and bounds and I now have better control over my presence and what I see on the Internet.

I find it funny that it has taken the USA to figurevout that Google was running a monopoly for certain things on the Internet!
People like myself sort of noticed and I am now actively using alternative apps and the such to Google where I can.
I do not use Google search or Chrome anymore!
It is nice to have a day writing without the guilt of not working though it does help I am back on the anti-anxiety tablets again.
Also nice the feeling I have nor wasted a day even with fact I had to stop to take short naps.

Well only less than 15 days to go and I will be finally free of Facebook and Meta which will be a great relief in the end.

I am glad to see the right-wingers never really got their heads around the Fediverse so stayed away though I suspect they have sneaked on to Bluesky as easier to use.

Well at least my Oncologist appointment was uneventful as everything is going as it should my cancer is still under control.
I suspect the relief made me feel sleepy again so I had a nap.

Talking to some of the American ttrpg plays in my group it came very apparent just how angry some of them are getting with Trump and Billionaires in general.
All I will say when Trump is finally removed from power the Billionaires are going to need somewhere to hide!!!!!
I run an online tabletop role-playing game group called The Paradox Factory which currently runs regular games and has members from both sides of the Big Pond.
As a group we are always looking for new story tellers and players.🙂
