You're comparison is completely out of touch. There are 632+ trillion alone sitting in derivatives currently. Compare Bitcoin to the global total wealth including stocks, derivatives, real estate, cash, collectibles and so on because that will all be demonetized by Bitcoin.
You missing the plot here. They can multiply the supply of Fiat in circulation with the push of button. No one can do this with Bitcoin.
I know it is possible to happen really fast but we should just not hope for it. The trigger is always the collapse in trust in a currency and this can happen within weeks and nowadays even hours after a few viral social media snippets appear.
Everyone is talking about the 1m/BTC. It's a 40x in 90 days. In 2013 Bitcoin did a 19x in 3.5 months. In 2010 a 47x in 3 months. Best we got since 2015 was a 2.5x in 3 Months. Attention farming at its best and we really should hope it will not happen that fast. It would mean that the world we know will go belly up and hundreds of millions of people will get rekt significantly by the collapse of the financial system. Slowly and steadily, that's the way.
