I really like the nunchuck app especially with the Tapsigner even with single sig. make sure you backup the tapsigner key to a safe location , can even back it up to a cold card.

To be honest I assumed you knew the list already, thought it couldn’t hurt. My experience with some VPS providers is that they often have issues with Lightning payments due to missing liquidity / routes. I once opened a channel to one of their nodes and that got depleted within a blink of an eye
