That's an amazing thing to hear. Never thought I would be in the journey I am now took a lot of stuff to get me to where I am now but hey after being sober for so long my brain is actually starting to fix itself I'm guessing. I feel like such a new person usually I would never talk and nobody would ever talk to me now I talk to everybody and I can't stop talking and I'm happy for once in my life. Currently where I'm at right now for my own journey and tracking purposes in the future to see where my progress has been currently I am about 9 months sober off alcohol I am 4 years clean off of illicit drugs I am holding a full-time job and just got my first room apartment. Once you punch your mind to it no one can stop you the only thing that can stop you is yourself!
Everybody wants that instant gratification things that happen now they don't want to wait what I was one of them for 10 years I wanted everything that happened now and I didn't care about anything in my path yes destruction has happened over the years there's nothing you can do about the past move forward better yourself be the better version you can be for yourself!
