Personally, I think Asteroid City is one Anderson's best, if not best, movies. Even though The Grand Budapest Hotel always makes me smile. And the back and forth between Brody and Del Toro in The French Dispatch is masterclass. But then there's the brothers in The Darjeeling Limited and the wonderful story in Moonrise Kingdom. Ah, man, I am so torn! 😩

ASTEROID CITY
Desert visitors to an amateur science convention get an alien visitation. Anderson’s Bergmanesque film is muddled but its parts are greater & funnier than the whole. An absolutely gorgeous film to look at doesn’t hurt
