Was ich die Tage noch festgestellt habe.
Nehme ich die 2x5 in einem kürzeren Zeitabstand, bin ich nach der 2. Dosis ein wenig aufgdreht. Geht jedoch nach kurzer Zeit weg.
Dann hieß es immer in den Videos das man es nicht Nachmittags oder gegen Abend nehmen soll, weil man dann evtl. nicht schlafen kann. Hab´s getestet und kann hervorragend schlafen.
Auch die Regenerationszeit nach dem Sport scheint sich zu verkürzen.
Werde ab Samstag die Dosis weiter erhöhen. Bei 20 bis 25 Tropfen pro Tag lass ich´s dann gut sein.
