it looks like there is a small bug in the latest docker version. it fails to start, perhaps this is the issue:
CMD ["relay > strfry.log
I think it should be:
CMD ["relay > strfry.log“] or
CMD ["relay“]

I think you have. as the the ln address only works that way.
nostrdress can’t directly connect to btcpay server. but it offers the following backend (see picture) and with forward you can add your btcpay lnaddress… but with this solution, a sender will also see your btcpay lnaddress when he pay a bill.
if your looking for a lightweight version to just get lightning addresses that can connect to your node (e.g. lnd) then have a look at
#[6] offers lnaddresses and btcpay connect to your node… this is since version 1.3
