Looks like a conspiracy that everything around you is trying to make you unconscious. The news you see, the food, the people, the entertainment... All these things are feeding in your energy and attention. Stopping feeding it. All the negativity on the news you see in the morning will reverberate during your day. The crap junk food will make you dizzy and numb. This is stopping your spiritual progress and preventing your from reaching higher levels of consciousness.
