Good question i know on amethyst you can "broadcast" and that will repost you not to relays. So for example if you have a note that only on one relay you can rebroadcast to more. Now I'm not sure about relays automatically picking up your notes from the past.

I got zaps but not through the nostr network it seams. To explain when I did get zaps but only when they put my lightning address in directly. But if using the nostr network the zap qould not register. The zaps do work with wallet of satoshi. You can look at my profile. I sent myself zaps to confirm this. I also reached out to speed wallet to In form them of the issue
What i seen was a withdrawal issue and also country bias
Would be cool if you could use your npubs more verstile like the nostr network intended!
