Seven years ago, i started practicing meditations because i experienced chest tightness and shortness of breath in my sleep. However, my mind adapted this meditative state so intensely that i began controlling my dreams. For an entire year, every dream I had was a #lucid dream. Eventually, I stopped meditating just so I could sleep normally again.
