A Thames Valley Police officer recorded himself sexually assaulting a young girl on her mobile phone while off duty, a court heard.
Former Pc Luke Christopher Horner travelled to Rushden, Northamptonshire to attack the 13-year-old on June 11.
In a hearing at Northampton Crown Court on Thursday, the 24-year-old, who was based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual activity with a child. Horner resigned as an officer on July 26, TVP confirmed following his plea.

Eastwood, now 38, began transitioning while in prison in 2017 and was later granted a switch to Cornton Vale, a women’s prison that has been at the centre of a row over its housing of trans convicts.
“This has been hanging over me for months and the ball is in the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner’s court – they need to decide whether they dismiss the complaint or force me to conciliation or escalate straight to the Tasmanian Tribunal who can give me a financial fine – maybe thousands of dollars in damages. I will not be apologizing as I have done nothing wrong,” Elliot told Reduxx. “The Anti-Discrimination Commissioner agreed that this is potentially ‘inciting hatred’ and accepted the complaint and started investigating. They could have dismissed it and said I had done nothing wrong,” she said.
“I’ve got great legal support and we are fighting this. We are fighting the right for people to say the truth. To say facts. To say that trans women are still male, they cannot and have not changed their sex,” Elliot added.

Imagine agitating against the creation of more energy during an energy crisis. People up and down the country are fretting over how to keep the lights on, and plummy greens are raging against energy exploration. It is a testament to the aloofness of bourgeois eco-agitators that they breezily virtue-signal against energy production at a time when ordinary people are crying out for more energy.
But the problem with yesterday’s home-invading stunt was not only the pre-modern prejudices of posh greens – it was also their tearing apart of the sacred line between public and private. Greenpeace essentially turned the Sunak household into a political spectacle. They stormed the home of a young family – Sunak and his wife are in their early 40s, their daughters are just 12 and 10 – and made it a soapbox for their own narcissistic eco-preening.

The eagerness of young Labour MP’s to throw women’s rights under the bus fomented a climate in which violent predators were placed in female prisons, potentially terrorising vulnerable women who had nowhere to escape. Therefore, regardless of the motivation behind Starmer’s currently tepid movements away from gender dogma, voters are right to be wary of the next generation of Labour rising stars.
Labour is presenting the public with is a false dichotomy between the “moderate” position held by Starmer and the “radical” one held by many in the party. Both are harmful for women in need of safeguarding and for the indoctrination of troubled children who reject their sex. A “demedicalised” GRC (which Shanks supports) and a “modernised” process (which Starmer supports) are both self-id through other means, with one abolishing the female sex class on the statutory declaration of an individual and the other achieving the same outcome based on the signature of a doctor.

……………………So rather than donate to a charity which supports incarcerated black women, Lizzo gave money to an organisation which presumably supports the right of criminal men to be housed in female jails, where a disproportionate number of prisoners are black women. In some states, such as California, the amount of ‘transwomen’ who force themselves on actual women is so out of control that condoms are routinely handed out to prisoners. As the Women’s Liberation Front put it ‘The new resources are a tacit admission by officials that women should expect to be raped when housed in prison with men, where all sex is considered non-consensual by default within the system.’ It was probably another sign of something shady that she declared the singer Chris Brown – convicted assaulter of Rihanna – to be ‘her favourite person in the whole world.’ But she was given a pass because, well, she’s a singing, twerking, flute-tooting old-fashioned all-round entertainer. And probably because she’s fat.
In recent years – in an attempt to redress the prejudice against fat people as thick and lazy – the somewhat oxymoronic term Fat Activism has emerged. This isn’t ‘activism’ as in standing on picket lines in the pouring rain helping the wretched of the earth to get a living wage, as we used to understand it. This is being a nepo-baby, sitting on your big fat bum and swearing at naysayers on the internet while a gaggle of similarly chunky girlfriends call you ‘Kween!’ It may be a bad thing that fat people have been looked down upon – but the attempt to reframe fat women in particular as somehow more ‘real’ than thin women was bound to attract a bunch of wrong ‘uns holding grudges……………………………………….

Comedian Eddie Izzard has said she will stand for one of Brighton’s parliamentary seats.
Making the announcement on her website, Izzard said she wanted to stand for Labour in the Brighton Pavilion seat currently held by the only Green MP, Caroline Lucas.
Ms Lucas has announced she will stand down at the next election.
