Assistant headteacher, Gareth Mellor, 45, who was caught with 11,500+ CSA images has been banned from teaching - after being spared jail over the 'horrific' s3xual offences.
Mellor was the designated safeguarding lead at the school as well as the pastoral lead for 320 students.

Unregulated sperm donation being advertised on social media and taking place outside registered clinics should be banned, as should advertising. This is too unsafe.
With independent donation and strangers matching online there will be abuse, and transfer of STIs (and worse) as sperm is not screened, and nor are donors. We understand people want families, but this is not the way to go about it: it's too dangerous & societal harm too great.

A family of six seeking to flee Gaza have been allowed to join their brother in Britain after an immigration judge ruled that the Home Office’s rejection of their application breached their human rights.
The family had made their application through the Ukraine Family Scheme and the decision to accept their case came despite warnings by lawyers for the Home Office that it could open the floodgates to “the admission of all those in conflict zones with family in the UK”.

This week it was announced that Hooters — the “breastaurant” chain where patrons are served by young women wearing tight tops and shorts — are planning to open a branch in Newcastle. Feminist groups such as Filia have raised objections, but of course they are met with the same old “silly women fussing over trivia” responses. To my teenage son, minor sexism is silly. It’s bantz. It doesn’t have to “mean” anything. It is practically invisible, hence when I say something, I know I sound a bit mad.
I also know that I wouldn’t if more people were saying it. Instead of leaving unfashionable mothers to have unfashionable conversations, wouldn’t it be great if more of the self-appointed gender experts were willing to share the load?
