Freedom tech allows for it, it's going to be messy. Maybe even scary. But if we really want to get through it without bias, we must resist the temptation to censor! We must keep open platforms alive, and even if we disagree with those on the platform, it is part of humanity and true democracy !

You can disagree with my stance, one thing for certain the waves of people with all sorts of opinions and 'misinformation'... are coming to spread their voice on way or another. There will be trolls, crazies, shitposters and genuine bastards, but the truth is they can't change your own values if you have a spine.

But if you are using a client that can look at 'global'. Most is currently just one bridge, but that bridge is open source more will spring up

The issue is the fediverse is bleeding through via mostr. People on the fediverse side don't understand that the 'nazi' content is actually from the fediverse, but they don't see it, because their instances don't federate with that part of the fediverse. Soon it won't matter, because there will be people of all types on all sides. Nostr just hasn't figured out how to handle unwanted content yet(mostly). But it is going to interesting once people realize how the nostr protocol routes around 'blocks'

You would have to request all the relays you sent the message, to delete said message. And there is zero obligation for them to actually do so
