Nun bin ich (Arne Schmitt Piano) der Kläger gegen die Beklagte (Stadt #Dresden), um in einer FORTSETZUNGSFESTSTELLUNGSKLAGE festzustellen, dass der FESTSTELLUNGSBESCHEID der Stadt Dresden von 2019, der meine damals angemeldeten Versammlungen als NICHT Versammlungen einstufte, rechtswidrig ist.
Denn es wurde mir so mein Recht genommen mit meinem #Piano für die Kunstfreiheit zu demonstrieren.

Das die Stadt Dresden hierbei den Versammlungscharakter abspricht und das verbietet, ist rechtswidrig. Versammlungen sind laut Grundgesetz geschützt.
Seit als Prozessbeobachter am Mittwoch den 19.07.23 um 14 Uhr am Verwaltungsgericht in Dresden dabei.
