Is it’s smelly where you can smell it from far away?

I had a French ex-gf who once gave me an AMAZING cheese … smelly af … 🤤

Mornings (gym/cardio/sauna) … about 2L filtered water + chlorophyll

I sometimes put some electrolyte + salts tablets to the 2nd L (specially if I’m doing long sauna sessions … don’t want to cramp up in the mat)

Afternoon (BJJ) … 1L filtered water

Infussions and fruited water(?) are pretty common here so the rest of the day usually drink those …
