The latest:
- training is going great, Al injuries are healing and it’s less pain and more strength every day
- am able to do dips again!
- footwork: toe spreaders, flossing, tib raises short and long (might do a product review on the tib bar), calf raises of multiple variations, backwards walking, feels good to be able to do short runs again
- quit most jobs to focus on private pupils and using the free time to get into coding
- HTML and CSS first, building a btc website (who would have guessed)
- quit the music industry and found my joy for music again
- picked up accordion to play 1940-1960 Soviet songs, not for politics but for the human emotion. They mostly talk about missing people and expecting death
