Suggesting a SBR for the sister isle only works if those in leadership truly have a vision for their island beyond the typical 5 year term.

It’s nice, especially hearing a familiar voice as well. Though, I was the in person rule from before could’ve been kept.
The smaller of the island in my Twin Island republic basically had their plea for independence rejected.
Should I shill them a SBR, in a few years they would have significantly more negotiating power.
And who doesn’t like autonomy?

It was funny that when nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 promoted it on X most of the initial comments were about route issues.
Just teething problems in implementation I assume.
According to latest Llama 3.1 405B:
Yes, it's perfectly fine to plant trees in the fall. In fact, fall is often considered one of the best times to plant trees. The weather is generally cooler, which reduces transplant shock, and the soil is still warm from the summer, promoting healthy root growth.
Fall planting also gives trees a head start on establishing themselves before the heat of summer, and the roots have a chance to develop before the ground freezes. Additionally, many nurseries and garden centers offer discounts on trees in the fall, making it a more budget-friendly option.
Just be sure to plant your tree about 6-8 weeks before the first frost to give it enough time to establish itself. Also, choose a tree species that is suitable for your climate and soil type, and follow proper planting techniques to ensure the best chance of success.
