Der Plan war ganz „normale“ Jägerschnitzel. Unser Metzger hat uns lächelnd Wildschwein angeboten. Nun, dann wurden es eben Wildschwein Jägerschnitzel. Mit Pilzrahmsoße aus selbsgesammelten Waldpilzen und Champignons 😋
Und jetzt zeig mir ein Restaurant, in dem man das -für nen halbwegs realistischen Preis- bekommen kann. Traumhaft lecker 😊
