It occurred to me, though, that there's a limit on the value of prostitutes for men looking for their first sexual experience. I've read that the average age for that is about 17. But even if sex work were legalized, I'm sure it would remain illegal, with heavy penalties, to accept customers under 18. Teenagers might not want to wait.

Mastodon is getting fragmented. I just noticed a friend's account which shows no posts since early June, though viewing it from another account I control shows posts as recent as an hour ago.
I'm pretty sure it's because Mastodon factions are engaged in #blocklist wars against each other. It's similar to international trade wars, though much less damaging.

Can anyone recommend a good #Mastodon server for an account that's dedicated to community news but isn't a bot? Important considerations are that it shouldn't have censorious rules (e.g., CWs required on everything) or do more than the necessary minimum of instance blocking.
Tried to sync a new folder of photos from my #Mac to my #iPad. It asked if I wanted to delete all the photos from the Mac. Why would I want that?? But if I say no, it refuses to sync them. Tried making sure I had copies of the whole folder and then syncing again, but now it just sulks and refuses to copy the photos to the iPad.
