It’s markets that run things- much to the feds chagrin
Agreed with nostr:npub16klw5eunl5djraxcvm5rzdxd9y57d0w87g8lgd8t9q3usjh7pwnsnrdyt7 it’s not a conspiracy theory but a conspiracy fact.
Verify, don’t trust. Go sign up for fed now and try to use it to make a payment. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work.
Where did you get pro abortion and pro tranny from ??? Hahahaha insane assumptions
Conspiracy theory. China decided after the Soviet Union collapsed that it should adopt capitalism to pay for their socialist paradise (goood idea). So China plays ball. Growth explodes. 2008 hits. Growth was kneecapped. Now they’re facing the reality that they can’t pay for their socialist paradise and most of their populace of farmers who thought their kids would have white collar office jobs after college are waking up to reality. What now? Fasten their ccp seatbelts and hold on.
They can’t even build out a website- you think they can engineer a payment system ? https://www.frbservices.org/financial-services/fednow
Does your country have a cbdc rn ?
#cbdc doesn’t just *poof* happen. The global dollar system didn’t just *poof* happen. Global banks built out the global #dollar system over a period of decades. It’s a massive undertaking to build that system out and not something that central banks have the capacities to build.
Central banks are reactive by nature of the monetary system structure. These cbdc projects are merely late to the party afterthoughts that they cobbled together in reaction to the explosion of private market crypto activity. These will go nowhere because no one uses them.
Yeah it won’t fly primarily because central banks don’t do money. They don’t have the talent or the comprehension of the monetary system required to build out an effective cbdc network.
Where you at ?
Like how he should be more open to considering changing his name to Luke Ramen and investing in a 90s era Justin Timberlake crunchy platinum blonde curly hairpiece ? It would give him major credibility in the fintwit space. I’m talking bigly.
I’m not a progressive but I do believe there is no true monetary inflation in the system atm and that the greatest economic threat is a deflationary depression.
