Another question. To your knowledge, since the EU commission came aboard the Social Web, have we seen any major federal or state U.S. agencies or NGOs follow suit?
I see a future, not many days from now, when our social media streams will be mostly AI bots arguing politics with other AI bots. It’s remarkable how, despite the 15 years of hype, social media has accomplished so little for humanity or its politics.

I never use Instagram. Are they aggressively pushing IG users to opt-into the Fediverse? If not, things may change when they eventually do. I’m, guessing they already got most of the IG users who are likely to care about this new-fangled fediverse thing. So there aren’t many left to persuade. But we’ll see.

This chart shows that even with large Twitter accounts coming over to Threads since last December, its growth came to a dead stop. When you set the hype aside, there is another emerging story to be told here. I’m just not sure what it is yet.

I have an update about my Morton’s Neuroma. I’ve been doing that hot/cold shock-bath therapy and it started working almost immediately.
