m doing calculations to see if we should pay off our home sooner to buy the next cash or put it up to rent and the reality is the rental income is being eaten away in interest, so there is no point in risking it.
I think our parents grew up idolizing debt. In today's economy, I think the symbol of wealth is no debt and the people who say I use debt to become rich are psycopaths that want to appear wealthy when in reality all their wealth is being diluted in interest and risk.

At some point you realize everything is going to 0 against #bitcoin and you would've been better off with everything in btc from the start. I'm so glad my wake up call came between 2021-2022. Converted what I had in shitcoins and look, the vast majority did not reach an all time high in btc terms. I sleep better and look at charts less. I'm ashamed to admit I still had one left that I immensly regret not selling it for btc back then with the rest and got lazy because now all exchanges started asking for KYC again to do anything. I'm proud to say no more shitcoins and it was about time.
