there's a big difference between a "psychotherapist" and a "psycho therapist"

what happens to "Careless Whisper" by George Michael if you step up the tempo and add a stronger kick drum?

new information: Norway and Scandinavia rank near the bottom when it comes to having politicians that ate highly educated.

to some extent, a sociopath is a person that decided that bad experiences with humans mean that all humans are bad, so it's okay to hurt them.

person i've been taking to just revealed herself

"humans are waste"

that's what sociopaths feel.

narcissists too to some extent.

nostr:npub17e6l6tp789hwwnugm3l6zmgfffh369lv08yfuwj452hflhc530xq36epc7 the reason i can say, with some authority, that i'm currently sane is because i've been insane before.

when logic turns to insanity

as a guy, you shouldn't feel ugly.

merely by being a guy, ladies kinda like you already.

no worries there.

it kind of feels like i'm teaching all the time

even the sex partners.

nostr:npub1w4purp8lwa478sfaysmcj3y5zu70af8fjxw537efxssk5ya983vq7xjqe8 this is not to say that Nostr users lack sophistication. they most certainly do not. but in other areas than mine.

nostr:npub1w4purp8lwa478sfaysmcj3y5zu70af8fjxw537efxssk5ya983vq7xjqe8 i liked Nostr enough that i designed some services for it, such as NADAR:

good intent, good spirit and i do like that.

often, over here on Mastodon, it's more complicated.

i'm a bit complicated. lots of thoughts. i think that's why i'm here.

putting all your eggs in one basket will occasionally succeed

the people who tell you to do that are the ones that got lucky there.

this is why all advice is bad. it only works for the person who gives it.

told myself i would not talk to her again.

slipped up the other day.

just one message though.

some municipalities in Norway only really survive because there are government jobs and subsidies there.

in these municipalities, conservatives simply don't have a chance, since they want small government. much of North Norway is like that, for example.

why are people living in places without jobs? well, originally, a lot of them were fishing and farming, but hardly anyone has that as a lifestyle anymore. a job in the government is more comfortable, so that's what people go for. fishing and farming are done on an industrial scale these days by people who run it like a business.

why does the government keep these services up in places with such poor self-sustenance? to fight rural depopulation. this is paired with efforts to create industries out there. it isn't working well.

...and i guess i'm awake now. i always wake up at 04:00 and have a siesta later in the day.

in my experience, pets are far more loyal than lovers

it sounds like a manager describing his own job, not realising that normal employees have a much duller experience

i have a theory that old people do less because they have a good supply of dopamine. brain concludes everything is fine so it does nothing. the mind is at rest.
